Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer-songwriter whose tales of young heartache achieved widespread recognition in the beginning of the 21st century. Swift's interest in music began in the early years of her life. From musicals for kids to performing before thousands, Swift made rapid progress. As Swift sang The Star-Spangled Banner in front of an Philadelphia 76ers match when she was 11. She was already creating songs. After that, she began playing guitar. Swift got the inspiration to compose her own songs by country music artists genre, such as Shania Twain or the Dixie Chicks. When she was 13 Swift's parents decided to sell their farm in Pennsylvania in order to relocate to Hendersonville Tennessee so she could spend more time in courting the country music labels within the vicinity of Nashville.
