Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor. Anna Gunn is a US actress. She has also appeared as Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with the art of acting at Preparatory School before her family moved to Ohio in the late 1970's. Her studies in theatre were in the theatre department at Northwestern University. A semester was completed in the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her professional career working in the Chicago area theatres for a couple of years. After that, she switched to film and television. Anna was chosen to play Arden on Down the Shore in the 29-episode series Down the Shore. At the beginning of 1990, she was a frequent guest in TV and film, such as Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. In 2000, she was cast in Deadwood playing Martha Bullock for two full seasons. In 2008, she was picked as Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully was one of her roles. Gunn was also on the stage starring in the David Schwimmer-directed production of Sex With Strangers. in 2022 Gunn also played in a 4-part audio-play show known as "Numbered days". Breaking Bad is often centered on the relationships between Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their conflicted relationship and eventual end resembles the final years in Walter White's personal life.
